The
covers are sorted by pick-and-place systems, i.e. while the
cover is on the left die, the cover is picked up for locating
on the right die.
The machine is fully automatic, with constantly accelerating
cams, ensuring highly efficient operation and long life.
The product exit point can be warmed to maintain food temperature
during packaging.

A) double lane machine with seamed covers
B) double lane machine with heat-sealed covers
C) double lane machine with plastic trays and covers all
the above versions are available with a single TA40 lane.
